SFMF PRO | Day 6, I am trying to setup optin forms but I am not seeing same things as what Mike is showing on video.

As we always update the design of the website we set up for members; sometimes we use your regular optin forms which is what you see on Mke's video training. Other times you may see a button that leads to an optin form in a form of a popup.

These are called optin overlays.

Optimizepress does a great job explaining this, so here is the source telling you what it is, and how it works. You will be able to spot your optin forms in your own website on pages that only display the button which leads to an optin form.
